Get ready to mark your calendars! On Friday, October 3, 2025, Bridge Bread Bakery is hosting its third annual Bread & Butter Gala at the breathtaking Starlight Room inside The Chase Park Plaza Hotel. This year, we’re making it an extra special celebration!
This isn’t just a fundraiser; it’s a party to honor a true community hero—our founder, Fred Domke, as he retires from his role as executive director. Join us in celebrating his incredible legacy and all the lives he has touched through Bridge Bread.
The evening will be a black-tie-optional affair. You’ll have the chance to bid on exclusive items in our exciting silent and live auctions (run by our Celebrity Auctioneer Kent Erhardt from First Alert 4), with all proceeds going toward a crucial goal: growth! While our current operations are sustainable, your support will help us keep growing and building out our new location at the Delmar Loop.
We are thrilled to announce that the ever-energetic Steve Harris from First Alert 4 will be our emcee! Our keynote speaker will be the remarkable Dr. Diedra Thomas-Murray from the Saint Louis Public School District.
